On Sunday, June 19th MaineTeenTalk held its 3rd Annual “Pulling Together For Teens” PBY Pull at Sanford Regional Airport. Originally scheduled for Saturday, MaineTeenTalk and folks from Southern Maine joined the Sanford Regional Airport in their Annual Open House and Elks Lodge Car Show. 

It was a great event for the entire family! Some highlights of the day:

This year we had five teams that competed.  

Here are the Final Round Results:

• The Pink Ladies Team #2 took 4th place with a pull time of 4.901 seconds.
• Team Awesome who took 3rd place with a time of 3.985 seconds.
• In the championship pull-off, Team Airport Only really pulled it together, defeating the Acton Fire Department 3.404 seconds to 3.693 seconds respectively. 
• In the Championship Pull, Team Airport Only “flew by” the Acton FD and captured1st place and was this year’s “Pulling Together For Teens” PBY Pull Champions! 

It was a courageous battle between the veterans of the Acton Fire Department and the rookies of Team Airport Only!
